especially appreciate the advantage of being able to start off with a small space and a flexible rental contract that can easily be expanded as necessary – without moving or changing address.

Shared facilities such as the central front desk, meeting rooms, etc. and technical equipment such as photocopiers, colour printers, and modern communication and presentation equipment significantly reduce initial start-up costs. The shared front desk takes care of paperwork up to and including individual mail promotions and also greets your guests. You can use the meeting room in rotation with other companies, as well as the conference area for larger events for which we can also provide beverage and/or catering services.

Alongside the hard facts, the human component is also an important factor in your success. Not only the exchange of ideas with other company founders plays an important role, but also our advisors are always available for consultation on all kinds of business questions – from financing to personnel recruitment to marketing strategies.
